Another recipe from Madam Goh, almost similar with Chicken Kungpao but with different sauce. So, here how it goes.

Sauce Ingredients:
- garlic (3 cloves)
- green chilli
- curry leaves
- shallot (1 clove)
- milk for coffee (not sweet and not thick) - I used evaporated milk
- butter
- salt, pepper and sugar
How-to:
- stir-fry the garlic, green chilli, shallot, and curry leaves
- add milk, and then salt, pepper, sugar and butter
- wait until the sauce get thick, and then put in the fried-chicken
- cook until the sauce become a little dry
