Creamy Chicken

Another recipe from Madam Goh, almost similar with Chicken Kungpao but with different sauce. So, here how it goes.

Sauce Ingredients:
  • garlic (3 cloves)
  • green chilli
  • curry leaves
  • shallot (1 clove)
  • milk for coffee (not sweet and not thick) - I used evaporated milk 
  • butter
  • salt, pepper and sugar

How-to:
  • stir-fry the garlic, green chilli, shallot, and curry leaves
  • add milk, and then salt, pepper, sugar and butter
  • wait until the sauce get thick, and then put in the fried-chicken
  • cook until the sauce become a little dry

And this is how it look (easy to make and delicious)
