Still got some durian left in the freezer. It's time to make durian tart! Yeaay. Thanks to mba Sonia at the office, who made this tart first, and it was frickin' delicious (yups, I'm a durian lover) thus inspired me to make one too :)
Turned out, she was using the recipe from 'Go Kitchen' book of @restuutamidewi, the same book that I bought several weeks ago. This weekend, I managed to do the experiment, and here is the result:

Oh iya dibukunya, toppingnya pakai ceri merah dan kismis. Disini saya pakai choco chips saja, karena gak punya 2 benda itu. Cara buat serta bahan-bahannya juga tidak susah kok. Teksturnya mirip dengan klappertart. Very recommended!
