Paling suka nonton youtube channel Luvita Ho. Everything looks so easy to make and she's also funny in explaining. Kali ini saya membuat no bake strawberry cheesecake (video resepnya). My mum ate a lot. Here is how it looks:
Berikut ini kutipan bahan-bahannya:
RESEP:
BISCUIT BASE:
- 130 Gr Regal / biskuit ( You can use graham crackers)
- 40 Gr Mentega tawar, lelehkan (melted butter)
NO BAKE CHEESE CAKE:
- 250 Gr Cream cheese
- 275 Gr Whipping cream (Liquid, kalo bingung google aja anchor/elle vire/millac whipping)
- 60 Gr Gula halus (Icing sugar)
- 1/2 Sdt Vanilla extract (1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract)
STRAWBERRY COMPOTE:
- 200 Gr strawberry
- 50 Gr gula pasir (sugar)
- 1 Sdt perasan jeruk lemon (1 Tsp Lemon juice)
- Tambahan potongan buah strawberry (slices of fresh strawberry), Optional
